Statues made of resin or polystone are inherently fragile. StatueSekai ships each piece exactly as received from the studio — factory sealed and packed in the original heavy-duty shipping carton. Although studios take great care in packaging, occasional minor damage may occur during transit, such as small broken parts, clean breaks, or slight paint scratches.

Collecting resin statues is a specialized hobby, and we kindly remind customers to order with caution if they cannot accept the possibility of minor imperfections. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every piece will be flawless.

If your statue arrives with defects or damage, please contact our customer service assistant immediately with clear photos and details of the issue. We will contact the studio on your behalf to check whether replacement parts are available. Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

If replacement parts are available, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with reshipment or select an alternative solution.

Please Note: After-sales parts for limited edition products are extremely limited. We will make every effort to secure the parts for you and will cover the shipping cost from the studio to our warehouse. However, the collector is responsible for the international shipping fee of the replacement parts from our warehouse to the final destination.
