• If you find problems with the statue after you receive it, please contact us. We will contact the studio and do everything possible to obtain replacement parts (of course, this depends on the studio and cant be guaranteed due to released period ) or choose an alternative solution.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but we encourage collectors to order with understanding — a small imperfection does not affect the statue’s artistry or value.

Pre-order refers to the period when a product is available for purchase before its official release.
Placing a pre-order allows you use a pre-order price (generally lower than MSRP) to reserve your item in advance and ensures you’ll receive it as soon as it becomes available once production and release are complete.

Once we receive a release notice from the studio, we will begin arranging shipment for your order.

• After completion, it may take about 14days for the studio to ship your item to our warehouse.
• Ocean shipping to your destination usually requires 30–40 days.

Orders for in-stock items located in the U.S. are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery time within the U.S. generally ranges from 2–14 days, depending on your location.

【Warehouse Stock – International Shipping】
For items stored in our warehouse, we will provide a logistics quote after your order is placed.
Standard delivery (Sea shipping) to the U.S. typically takes 30–45 business days.
Shipping times to other countries may vary depending on the destination and cargo ship.
We will provide tracking number so you can keep following the logistic process.

We can provide an approximate shipping quote for your order. Please note that the final shipping cost may be slightly higher or lower depending on current logistics conditions and carrier rate changes.

Once your package arrives at our logistics center, we will send you a final shipping invoice so you can complete the payment and proceed with the shipment of your order.

The deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days of your purchase since the deposit is paid to the studio, not us. We are not able to refund the deposit value and swap to deposit for another product.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

More Shipping Information

Please note:

• There are no customs charges for U.S. in-stock items shipped within the United States (domestic orders). However, state sales tax will be applied according to the destination state’s regulations.
• For international shipments, products are dispatched from our warehouse / Logistic Center and delivered worldwide.

In most cases, ocean shipping already includes standard customs clearance. However, according to current international regulations, any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing packages in transit can happen sometimes. If a package is identified as lost, we will fully refund your order.

For lost packages:

Sea shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than 3 months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the shipment does not arrive at your address for more than 5 months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.

Air Shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than one and a half months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the air freight fails to arrive at your address for more than three months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.
