⊞ PRE-ORDER

Once we receive your order, we will place a non-refundable deposit with the studio on your behalf.

  • Please note: This Preorder deposit becomes non-refundable after 3 days from the date of your purchase.
  • International shipping costs are NOT included. 

When the product is ready for release, we will provide you with a logistics quote based on your shipping address and current freight rates.

  • Once you approve and pay the invoice, we will proceed to arrange the shipping to your location.

⚠️ We email you the shipping invoice, please confirm and complete the payment within 6 months. If payment is not received within this period, we will consider the order abandoned, as we must cover warehouse rental costs. The order can't be refunded.

Please note that pre-orders may take approximately 4–6 months for production.
Once the studio releases the product, we will notify you to complete the logistics (shipping) payment.

Standard delivery (sea shipping) to the U.S. usually takes 30–45 business days.

Shipping times to other countries may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier and weather.

Orders for in-stock  items located in the U.S. are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery time within the U.S. Generally ranges from 2 –14 days,  depending on your location.

✹ Transportation Insurance

It's on us. We help customers purchase transportation insurance from logistics providers and bear the insurance premium for customers.

Resin statues are fragile and make a special collector's item. In the event of transportation damage, StatueSekai will try its best to help customers contact the studio to apply for accessories/parts. However, paint scratches, degumming, minor damage, etc. are normal phenomena, and insurance companies will not accept claims in this range!

If a statue has been released for some time, the studio may have limited or unavailable replacement parts.

⛑︎ Claim

Damaged claims need to be reported within 7 days of the "Delivered Date" provided by the mail carrier. We highly suggest you open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there are damages, please email us and include pictures of the all damages and packaging within 7 days to Contact

  • The item arrives damaged during transit (e.g., major breakage or severe paint damage).
  • The item has a manufacturing defect that affects its intended use.
  • You receive the wrong product or missing parts in your order.

Note :

  • Minor imperfections or packaging flaws that do not affect the product itself are not eligible for insurance or refund claims.
  • To process a claim, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for verification.

  1. After receiving the product, it is required to record the unboxing video and take photos of the damaged product together with the express delivery list.
  2. Once the transportation damage information is approved, We will transfer the logistics provider's compensation to the customer's account within 3-7 days.
  3. If you encounter transportation damage, please submit insurance claim information to the assistant within 7 days after receiving product. After this date, the logistics provider will no longer accept claims.
  4. All GK statue are in warranty service except you purchase in the store (do inspection in person) and purchase as-is or discontinued product.

We will consult with our professional restorer to evaluate the damaged part and determine possible repair options.
